Merge Cell

To create a table that looks like this:

	Column header
Row header

First create a 4x3 table, then put the cursor in the second cell on the first row and bring up the Merge Cell dialog. Indicate that you want the cell to span 3 columns (and 1 row). Press OK. Then in the first cell of the second row bring up the same dialog; this time indicate 1 column and 2 rows.
